Hospitals or hiring institutions agree to pay a variable commission to Hilocmed upon successful hiring of a candidate sourced through the platform. Terms of commission, including rates, may vary and will be communicated during the engagement process. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
Some features of Hilocmed may require a subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your account settings, but no refunds will be issued for partial periods unless required by law.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Hilocmed. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any operational reason.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee job placement, candidate suitability, or uninterrupted service. Hilocmed is not a medical provider, employer, or recruiter. We act solely as a technology platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hilocmed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hilocmed, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
